New Sailor Moon Plates & Lanyard Straps Coming March 2014
A few new Sailor Moon merchandise announced today: 4 plates and 4 lanyards! The plates are made with melamine which is the same type of high quality plastic as the cups from last year. Each measures 20cm across. Retail price is 600yen each. The lanyards are the ones that go around your neck, so you can hang your badge or smartphone on it. Retail price is 580yen each. Both the plates and the lanyards are scheduled for release in March 2014, they will be for sale in mass merchandisers and general stores in Japan. Once I know of a online shop selling these, I’ll update this post!

dumb question, but are these just glorified paper plates? or are they something that can be washed/reused – basically regular plates but made of plastic? i always got the impression the cups were something you just tossed.

Not all at! They’re far from paper plates, the plastic is very thick and solid, they have a nice weight to it. ^^

I have the cat cup- it’s really tiny but higher quality than most American cups.
Wish there were cat plates. I don’t like those designs- but hey less crap I don’t actually need to tempt me to buy right?
