New Sailor Moon Crystal + Shitennou Merchandise 2014

Fans of Sailor Moon villains particularly the Shitennou, we have good news! If you’re a good guys fan there are new things for you too, keep on reading! A bunch of new Sailor Moon Crystal merchandise will be pre-released at the Animate Girls Festival 2014 happening on November 8-9, 2014 in Ikebukuro, Japan.

First up there are Shitennou rubber straps, each measures around 6.5cm x 4.5cm, retail price is 2,000 yen for the set.

There are also Shitennou mini towels made of microfiber, each measures 20cm x 20cm, retail price is 500 yen each.

Next there’s the chara badge collection, a total of nine characters to choose from. They are made of tin, measures 5.4cm in diameter, retail price is 250 yen each.

We will also be getting some items that feature the Disguise Pen but sadly not the pen itself…at least not yet!

Sailor Moon Crystal Disguise Pen Tote Bag: A4 size (21cm x 29.7cm), retail price is 2,160 yen

Sailor Moon Crystal Disguise Pen T-shirt: comes in Unisex sizing (S/M/L/XL), retail price is 3,240 yen

These next two items are going to be AGF limited releases, the Sailor Moon Crystal Disguise Pen Muffler Towel (1,620 yen) and Hair Scrunchie (1,080 yen).

Other merchandise will also be sold at the festival, these ones don’t have pictures or prices yet: 5 posters, 5 clearfiles, set of 5 postcards, 1 colour replication of an original illustration. The two recently announced 2015 Sailor Moon Crystal calendars will also be available in limited quantities. For more information on the festival, visit the Animate website.

I don’t think any of these were ever released… atleast not outside that fesival (if even then). Can’t find any online and the VERY comprehensive merchandise guide in the Sailor Moon 20th Anniversary Book don’t list them.

Oh wait I just found the shirt and the muffler towel with the SMC text,, the other stuff is not there tho. Def not the shittenou merch.

I hardly found the Shitennou rubber straps for sale (overcharged) but can’t find the Shitennou mini towels or the chara badge collection. It’s too bad because I wanted the towels so much. I wish we all could have such things and the four Taeyang Shitennou plus Pullip Beryl too. I don’t know why Groove is not selling our beloved bad boys. Bandai is a “pink thing” as Mattel – who could do better don’t making Monster High – but Groove become famous because of gothic vampires and witches dolls. Why not Shitennou? Why never?

No, I know there was the Amazon essential Quartet dolls released. And the North American dolls had a bunch of villians. I’m upset there aren’t any dolls out yet. T_T
